These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sajilo IMS, operated by Zylux IT Solution. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Sajilo IMS provides inventory, stock, and related business software tools. Features may change as we improve the product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and ensuring that use of the service complies with applicable Nepali law. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the package you select. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement with us.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sajilo IMS and Zylux IT Solution are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
